A Samrat ERP license is issued for one computer and is tied to that computer's Hardware ID. Copying the software to another computer, or giving it to another person, is against the license.
We do our best to keep the software running, fix bugs, and provide support. The software is provided "as is" — any medical decisions remain the lab's own responsibility.
A yearly license must be renewed before it expires. The trial period exists so you can be fully satisfied before buying — so license fees are non-refundable.
We may suspend any license if payment is not made, or if the license terms are violated.
