Set the computer's date and time correctly, then reopen the software. If it still doesn't open, send us your Hardware ID.
Check the internet connection on that computer. The update button appears below the Continue button on the splash screen (the first screen).

Yes. Samrat ERP runs on your own computer, so your work doesn't stop even if the internet is down. Internet is only needed for updates, sending WhatsApp messages, cloud backup, and QR reports.
All your data stays on your own computer — patient details, reports, everything. We don't keep your patient data on our server. Only a QR report (if you enable that feature) is kept behind a secure link.
