Whose data is it?

Your data is yours. Samrat ERP runs on your own computer, and all patient details, reports and the company database stay on your own computer.

What reaches our server?

• Your computer's Hardware ID (a fingerprint number)
• Computer name and Windows version
• Software version and when it was last run
• Lab/company details — name, address, mobile, email
• License expiry

This is only so we can give you the right support, the right license, and the right updates.

Patient data — NEVER

No patient's name, tests, report, or any medical information ever reaches our server. One exception: if you enable the QR Report feature, only that report's PDF is kept behind a secure link so the patient can scan and view it — and even that is automatically removed after 180 days.

Never sold or shared

We never sell, share, or use your data or your patients' data for advertising, to any third party.
