Yes. Samrat ERP runs on your own computer, so your work doesn't stop even if the internet is down. Internet is only needed for updates, sending WhatsApp messages, cloud backup, and QR reports.
All your data stays on your own computer — patient details, reports, everything. We don't keep your patient data on our server. Only a QR report (if you enable that feature) is kept behind a secure link.
Whenever a new version is released, an 'Update Available' button appears as soon as the software opens. One click — download, backup and install all happen automatically. Your data stays exactly as it was.
No problem. Send us the new computer's Hardware ID and we'll generate a new license key the same day — at no extra charge.
